About Your HIU and MVHR Service

We're offering a group servicing programme exclusively for residents at Benhill Road, SE5.

HIU Service

Each Heat Interface Unit (HIU) service takes approximately 45 minutes and helps ensure your heating and hot water system continues to operate safely, reliably and efficiently. Following the visit, you will receive a digital service certificate outlining the condition of your unit and any recommendations.

MVHR Service

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems require regular maintenance to ensure healthy indoor air quality and efficient operation. During the service, our engineer will inspect the unit, clean key components and carry out operational checks.

If you choose to source replacement MVHR filters yourself, our engineer will fit the new filters during the service visit at no additional cost.

Combined HIU & MVHR Visit

Many residents have both systems installed within their property. Booking a combined service visit allows both systems to be serviced during a single appointment, reducing disruption and ensuring your heating, hot water and ventilation systems are all maintained at the same time.

Before Your Appointment

Please ensure:

✅ Clear access to your HIU and/or MVHR unit.

✅ Any replacement MVHR filters you have purchased are available on-site before the engineer arrives.

✅ An adult aged 18 or over is present during the appointment.
