Our HIU Commissioning Procedure:
✔️ Inspect for leaks or water damage
✔️ Verify closed manual bypass valves
✔️ Inspect and clean primary & secondary strainers
✔️ Ensure secure pipe connections
✔️ Verify and update HIU software, if necessary
✔️ Conduct primary flow, primary return, and Delta T analysis.
✔️ Perform secondary flow and secondary return analysis
✔️ Analyze flow rates (m³/h or l/h)
✔️ Verify heating & DHW temperatures per manufacturer's as per the requirements
✔️ Conduct heat meter and KPa analysis
