    Yes, there is a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on HIU parts. Any defective parts will be replaced at no extra cost. Please refer to our warranty policy for more inormation

  • Do you provide annual servicing for HIUs?

    Yes, we offer annual servicing for HIUs to ensure they operate efficiently. Please see our servicing page for more details

  • Can you provide service outside of regular working hours?

    Our service hours are typically between 9 AM and 5 PM. However, specific arrangements can be made in some cases.

  • Can I reschedule an appointment for HIU maintenance?

    Yes, you can reschedule your maintenance appointment by contacting us with your preferred date and time.

  • What services do you offer?

    We specialise in the repair, installation, servicing, maintenance and testing of district heating systems and billing infrastructure. This includes a full range of heating systems including, but not limited to, gas, district heating, HVAC, MVHR and heat interface units (HIUs)

  • Can I choose a specific time for my service appointment?

    Yes, we offer specific time slots for service appointments. You can choose between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM. If these times are not convenient, please let us know your availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
