We’re offering a group MVHR servicing programme exclusively for residents at Crossfield Street, SE8. By booking as part of this group, you’ll benefit from a discounted service rate compared to arranging an individual visit.

Each Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) service takes around 45–90 minutes and ensures your system is running efficiently, quietly, and delivering clean, filtered air throughout your home. A digital service report will be provided upon completion.

Before Your Appointment – Please Ensure:

• Clear access to your MVHR unit (usually located in a cupboard or ceiling void)

• An adult over 18 is present during the appointment

• Pets are secured safely in another room
