We’re offering a discounted group-servicing programme exclusively for residents at Dace Road, E3.

You can choose from:

  • HIU servicing only

  • MVHR servicing only

  • Combined HIU and MVHR servicing

By booking through the group programme, you’ll benefit from a reduced price compared with arranging an individual visit.

What’s Included?

An HIU service checks that your heating and hot-water system is operating safely, reliably and efficiently.

An MVHR service helps maintain airflow and ventilation throughout your home, supporting good indoor air quality and efficient system performance.

If you select the combined service, both systems will be serviced during the same appointment, saving you the inconvenience and cost of arranging separate visits.

A service certificate will be issued upon completion.

Before Your Appointment

Please ensure:

  • ✅ Clear access to your HIU and/or MVHR unit, including removing stored items from the surrounding area.

  • ✅ An adult aged 18 or over is present throughout the appointment.

  • ✅ Pets are secured safely in another room.
