About Your HIU and MVHR Service
We're carrying out this year's planned servicing for residents at Easton Lodge, W7.
Combined HIU + MVHR service — approx. 2 hours per appointment
Single service (HIU only or MVHR only) — approx. 45 minutes per appointment
This keeps your heating, hot water and ventilation running safely and efficiently, and reduces the risk of unexpected breakdowns.
During a combined HIU & MVHR service, our engineers carry out a full set of operational checks, clean key components, verify performance and confirm your system is working correctly. For MVHR we also inspect the unit, clean or replace the filters, check the heat recovery core and confirm airflow is balanced.
A service certificate is issued for your records after every visit.
Your Price Is Already Set
Each resident has already been sent an invoice for their agreed service:
HIU + MVHR combined — £240 + VAT
HIU-only or MVHR-only — £130 + VAT
MVHR filters (where applicable) — £15
There's nothing to pay on this page. Just choose your slot below, then settle your invoice by bank transfer before your service date.
Before Your Appointment – Please Make Sure:
• ✅ Clear access to your HIU cupboard (remove any stored items).
• ✅ An adult over 18 is present during the appointment.
• ✅ Pets are secured safely in another room.
