About Your HIU and MVHR Service

We’re carrying out a planned servicing programme for residents across the Brooklyn, Hudson and Washington buildings at OneSE8.

  • Brooklyn & Hudson Buildings: Combined HIU + MVHR servicing

    – Approx. 2 hours per appointment

  • Washington Building: MVHR-only servicing

    – Approx. 30–45 minutes per appointment

This maintenance helps ensure your heating, hot water and ventilation systems continue running safely and efficiently while reducing the risk of unexpected breakdowns.

During a combined HIU & MVHR service, our engineers carry out a full set of operational checks, clean key components, verify performance, and ensure your system is functioning correctly.

For MVHR-only visits, we inspect the unit, clean the filters, check the heat recovery core, and ensure airflow is balanced.

Optional extras are available during the booking process:

  • Filter replacement (recommended if filters are worn or heavily soiled)

  • Extended airflow verification for clients who want a deeper performance check of the MVHR system

Before Your Appointment – Please Make Sure:

• ✅ Clear access to your HIU cupboard (remove any stored items).

• ✅ An adult over 18 is present during the appointment.

• ✅ Pets are secured safely in another room.
